Nannies hired part-time or full-time by a private family to care for the family's children, either on a live-in or live-out basis. Nannies plan fun games, arts and crafts projects, and other activities, which stimulate the child’s learning, imagination, and development. The nanny’s focus is on the children, including preparing their meals, laundry, and other duties relating specifically to care of the children. A live-out nanny will not do general household duties other than those to do with the children. Nannies are responsible for quality childcare and the child related chores around the home.
Duties within a family should be negotiated at the time of employment.
On an average a nanny will work eight to ten hours per day although this is negotiable and should be agreed before commencement of employment.

Arriving home with a new baby or babies can be overwhelming for even the most seasoned of moms. Our extensively experienced and wonderfully loving baby nurses are here to provide support for a myriad of issues such as lactation concerns, recognizing and encouraging sleeping patterns and how to give baby’s first bath. Tricks of the trade that have helped hundreds of babies are all available to you through our loving caregivers.
Your baby nurse can work days, nights or a 24-hour schedule - whatever might be the most pertinent for you. It could be a few weeks or a few months; the idea is to create support and confidence building for the whole family.
Temporary Babysitter or On-Call
Night out on the town, business plans, at a hotel, last minute situations, date night and unexpected emergencies, no problem - when you need a sitter, give us a call. We use fully qualified nannies that, in most cases, have registered with us for permanent jobs. These nannies often have full-time positions during the week and are looking for additional hours in the evenings or weekends. Whether you need an Executive Housekeeper or someone for two days a week, live-in or live out, we have the person to fit your needs. We have housekeepers who are excellent cooks and some will also take on childcare responsibilities. Household Manager assures that a household is operating smoothly. Their expertise typically comes from previous Household Management (or similar) experience and select candidates are also professionally certified. They often manage the duties and schedules of the household staff, as well as arrange for external household services as needed. In addition to being familiar with all domestic roles and responsibilities, Household Managers provide hands-on services themselves. Duties may include managing a household budget, keeping supplies stocked, making travel arrangements, maintaining care of employer’s valuables, planning and coordinating special events, running personal errands for the employer and household, and coordinating all aspects of entertaining including receiving guests, assisting in proper table setting, and arranging outside service providers.
Candidates may either manage the household or they work under an Estate Manager.
A couple is a husband and wife team who lives on your property or in your home, providing a variety of household support. The wife of the team can help with the kids, grocery shop/cook and in many cases take care of the complete housekeeping needs of the house. The gentleman can tend to any and all minor to major house maintenance; he shall take great care of those much-treasured cars, cleaning and driving when needed and perform in a security role if required. Many of our clients enjoy the benefits of a live-in couple rather than dealing with a variety of different staff for their home. Hiring a husband and wife team can often create a calm and peaceful domestic situation facilitating longevity and continuity for family and employees.

Placement Fees
Clients who hire a domestic employee from Bella Domestic Agency are entitled to replacing said employee at no further charge, whether the employee resigns or is terminated for any reason. The length of coverage time the client chooses determines the agency fee.

Clients should understand that the period of coverage considered is not only to determine if the employer will be satisfied with the employee, but also for any possible contingency that may occur which would cause the employee to resign in the future for reasons not necessarily under his/her contro.
Please be advised that our placement fee must be paid in full prior to the employee's start date.
There is no cost or obligation to pay the placement fee until you have selected the employee of your choice.
We are not responsible for wages to the employee or for any liability that may result from this employment. Taxes, insurance and benefits are the sole responsibility of the employer.
